Residenza San Flaviano is a charming bed and breakfast located 50m from the Cathedral of the city of L’Aquila. Situated next to the church of S. Flaviano, built in 1300 by the family of Castellani della Torre (one of the founding families of the city), it originally served as a convent and was later transformed into a private liberty-style residence, completely restored in 2021.

Inside, the magnificent private garden offers an exclusive view of the historic Basilica of San Bernardino and its staircase.

Residenza San Flaviano features 4 rooms, 2 Kings, one of them Deluxe and one Superior, and 2 Queen Deluxe.

All rooms boast high-quality finishes and refined furnishings, blending antique and modern decor. Premium Italian teak parquet flooring is found throughout, as well as en-suite bathrooms with windows and shower.

The rooms are sanitized by a special device, equipped with independent air conditioning, hairdryers, soundproof windows, courtesy kits, and slippers. To ensure maximum sleep comfort, the rooms are furnished with a memory foam double bed, blackout curtains, and mosquito nets. Upon arrival, you will also find two complimentary bottles of water in the minibar.

The property offers the opportunity to purchase typical products from L’Aquila provided by local companies, such as saffron, sweets (ferratelle, cookies, etc.).

For your safety, the property has an external video surveillance system, and upon reservation and for an additional fee, guests can access parking in front of the property or a private garage. Additionally, each room is equipped with a safe to safeguard valuable items.
